Most pans are replaced because the surface gives up first. Not the handle, not the base, the bit you actually cook on. It scratches, it wears, and eventually eggs start sticking to a pan you bought eighteen months ago.
The Everpan™ Titan Hammered Frying Pan is built around that problem. The cooking surface is titanium-reinforced and rated scratch-resistant, because titanium is harder than the materials in an ordinary non-stick pan. Underneath it sits a composite multilayer base of titanium, aluminium and stainless steel, which is what gives you even heat right to the edge instead of a hot ring in the middle.
At 30cm it takes four eggs, two steaks or a full pan of vegetables without crowding, and the long handle stays out of the heat when you toss. It runs on gas, electric and induction, so it moves house with you. The Everpan™ Titan Hammered Frying Pan comes with free delivery Australia-wide and our 30-day money-back guarantee.

What exactly is the Everpan™ Titan Hammered Frying Pan?
A 30cm hammered frying pan with a titanium-reinforced cooking surface over a composite multilayer base of titanium, aluminium and stainless steel. It suits gas, electric and induction cooktops and has a long handle that stays out of the heat.
Why titanium-reinforced?
Titanium is harder than the materials in an ordinary non-stick surface, which is why this pan is rated scratch-resistant and a standard coated pan is not. It is made for everyday cooking.
What size is it?
30cm across, which handles four eggs, two steaks or a full pan of vegetables without crowding. One size, so there is nothing to work out.
Will it work on induction?
Yes, along with gas and electric. The multilayer base is what makes that possible and it is also what gives you even heat rather than a hot ring in the middle.
What is it good for cooking?
Everything you reach for a frying pan for: eggs, pancakes, fish, steak, vegetables, a quick stir fry. The depth and the long handle make it easy to toss.
How do I look after it?
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, not steel wool. Let it cool before washing, cook on medium rather than high, and use a light coat of oil. Treated like that, it holds up.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free right across Australia on every order, single items and bundles alike. There is nothing to add at checkout and no minimum spend to reach.
