Everpan ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
  • Your order details and order history.
  • Messages you send us, including through our contact form.
  • Information about how you use our site, such as your device, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

How we collect it

We collect information when you place an order, sign up to our email list, contact us, leave a review, or browse our site.

How we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and refunds.
  • To reply to your questions.
  • To send you emails you have signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our site and products, and to show relevant ads.
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed with service providers who help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, delivery carriers, email, review and analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work properly.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hi@everpan.com.au. We will reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, email hi@everpan.com.au and we will look into it and reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
