Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use everpan.com.au (the "site") or buy from Everpan ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About us

Everpan is an Australian online store based at 241 Adelaide Street, Level 1 Suite 1105, Brisbane QLD 4000 (ABN 17 578 780 461). You can contact us at hi@everpan.com.au.

2. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen. If a product is not as described, you are covered by our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you can cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver free across Australia. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your rights for faulty items are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may only apply to selected products, as stated in the offer.

8. Safe use

• Frying pan: the handle and pan get hot during cooking, so use an oven mitt and keep it away from children. Cook on low to medium heat, do not heat the pan empty on high, and let it cool before washing. Follow the care instructions on the product page.
• Cutting board: the edges are metal, so handle with care. Use it on a flat, stable surface.
• Oil sprayer: the bottle is glass, so handle with care and keep it away from direct flame. Use thin cooking oils only, as described on the product page.

9. Reviews and content

If you leave a review or send us content, you confirm it is your honest opinion and you give us permission to show it on our site and in our marketing.

10. Use of the site

You must not misuse the site, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or copying our content, images or branding without our consent.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for loss caused by using a product other than as intended or against the safe use guidance above.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Queensland.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
