Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Everpan order. This policy explains our 30-day money-back guarantee and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-day money-back guarantee

Cook with your order for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it is not for you, email hi@everpan.com.au within those 30 days with your order number and we will arrange a refund. You do not need to keep it unused or unopened. Using it in your real kitchen is the whole point. We just ask that you send back every item in the order, including all bundle pieces, clean and in reasonable condition.

How to return an item

1. Email hi@everpan.com.au with your order number and a short note on what did not suit.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with tracking, and send us the tracking number.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can match your return to your order.

Return postage

If the item simply was not right for you, return postage is yours. If it arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return postage and you choose a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we check it and refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email hi@everpan.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will make it right as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to these rights.
